Placing your listing with Rent Ontario will provide you with an instant international audience of prospective tenants seeking housing. Your listing will be viewable through the entire My Ideal Home Network.

Listing Tips

Pictures say a thousand words. Use the picture management tool to add pictures to your rental listing, in order to help showcase your property. Simply browse to your picture file located on your computer�s hard drive, add a description, and our servers will automatically upload, size and place the picture with your listing.

Note: Listings with pictures are shown at the top of the results list in order of the amount of monthly rent.

Use the description text box to add an unlimited amount of text to your listing, in order to provide additional information to help showcase your property.
If you have multiple properties and/or own an apartment building/complex, we recommend that you sign up as a Property Manager and take advantage of the additional features offered with our Management packages.

Time Advertised - A listing will be active on the website for a period of one calendar month. For example, a 1 month listing will be active from June 28th to July 28th.
Multi-Month Listing will run consecutively. For example, a 2 month listing will be active from June 28th to August 28th. You cannot bank unused time.
Monthly Bundles provides you with a minimum of 6 individual monthly listings at a discounted price. These monthly listings can be used at your convenience on month at a time or consecutively (a great deal for landlords who use the listing service frequently and/or have multiple properties. Contact us for more information.)
Definition of a Listing - A single rental property available for rent.
De-listing a Rental Listing will cancel any remaining time chosen to be advertised and assumes that you have been successful in finding a tenant for your rental property.
